Lisa Martin Realtor/Director of Operations
	Lisa's committment to life and work is obvious through her consistent attitude and diligence. She serves as Director of Operations for Realty Consultants with growth and development oversight responsibilities with T.A Boykin Construction. She is a member of the National, Mississippi and Jackson Association of Realtors. She serves on the Realtor Political Action Committee for the Jackson Association. Her daughter Hope is her constant motivation to do more than well in everything she does. Lisa is active in local youth association support, plays womens tournament softball, enjoys watching Food Network TV and listening to her favorite contemporary christian music. Clay Weathersby Realtor/Director of Growth & Development
	Clay Weathersby is a life long resident of Rankin County and is married to Paige Partridge Weathersby. They have two children, Cook & Kelsey. Clay and his family are members of First Baptist Church of Florence, Mississippi where they reside. He is a graduate of Hinds Community College and Belhaven College with a degree in Business. At Realty Consultants, he serves as Director of Growth and Development where his primary responsiblilty is agent recruiting and professional sales development.
