For examples of how you can save $ with FSBO options...
Example 1: Normal Listing Sale - House sales for $200,000. Listing broker gets 6% commission, or $12,000 on sale, then splits the money with a buyers broker. Cost to seller is $12,000
Example 2: FSBO Help Desk Sale - House sales for $200,000. Listing agent gets $0 because owner represents themselves. Owner sets their own buyers agent commission of, for example, 2.5% or $5000 Total savings equals $7000.
Example 3: House sells for $200,000. Buyer contacts seller direct from FSBO Help Desk ads. Seller sells house to buyer without any agent involvement and saves all $12,000 in commission. Seller is out of pocket only $495. Buy package below!

Once you have completed the informational form, you’ll be able to preview the information and make changes if necessary.
When you’re satisfied that the information is all correct, and all required fields are inputed, you’ll be given the Paypal “Buy Option Now” prompt. At that point you will be connected to the paypal site and will be requrired to enter all required information there, and complete transaction will be executed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
After the transaction takes place, you will be contacted by a Realty Consultants representative for further collection of information, digital photos, showing instructions and your professional consultation. A detailed email confirmation will be sent to you for instructions for sending digital photos. Your ad will have a “photo not available” image displayed until you send the digital pics to us, but the ad will be actively displayed, without the pics, within 5 business days of your purchase. Tools will be sent to you via Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS within 10 days. NOTE: Photos are not required; however, they are highly suggested by our professional marketing staff for more effective selling. |
